This page describes the terms under which 1st Action Restoration provides restoration services and how we handle the information you share with us.

Terms of service

Estimates and scopes of work are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection. Concealed damage discovered during mitigation or reconstruction may change the scope and price, and any change will be documented before work proceeds. Emergency mitigation authorization allows us to begin stabilizing your property immediately. Work performed on insurance claims is documented for submission to your carrier; the property owner remains responsible for deductibles and for amounts a carrier declines to cover.

1st Action Restoration is licensed in California (CA License #B-902225) and certified by the IICRC (IICRC #193237). Warranty coverage on reconstruction work is provided per the written contract for each project.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to respond to your request and complete your project: your name, contact details, property address, and details about the loss. Claim-related documentation, including photographs and moisture readings, may be shared with your insurance carrier, adjuster or agent as part of your claim.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver services, process your claim, or comply with the law. To request access to or deletion of the information we hold about you, email 1actionrestoration@gmail.com or call (855) 379-9257.

When you call or submit a request, you consent to being contacted about your inquiry by phone, text or email. You can opt out of non-emergency communication at any time.
