Once rodents or wildlife have been removed from a home, the odor almost always remains — because the nesting material, droppings and urine-saturated insulation are still in the attic, crawlspace or wall cavity.
What we remove
- Contaminated insulation and nesting material
- Droppings and urine-saturated substrates
- Affected drywall or subfloor when contamination has soaked through
Then we sanitize and deodorize
Affected areas are HEPA vacuumed, treated with an antimicrobial, and deodorized. Insulation is replaced where it was removed, and we HEPA filter the air during the work so the contamination does not migrate into living space.
If the odor is coming from a wall or ceiling cavity, thermal imaging and moisture testing help us open only what needs to be opened.
